KIAC (Kelham Island Arts Collective) occupies several large rooms on the first floor of the Lion Works — a former industrial building on Ball Street. The collective provides affordable studio space for artists to create and exhibit, with the goal of bringing art back into the community. Regular Wednesday evening life drawing classes are open to all levels, no booking needed. Studios open to the public on selected dates.
