Tim Young relocated his London mead business to Sheffield after discovering Kelham Island, setting up inside Merchants Court on Mowbray Street. Paradise Garage ignores mead's medieval image entirely — these are serious, modern drinks named after New York nightclubs. Available by the glass, bottle or in cocktails. All honey-based but wildly different in flavour — from dry and crisp to rich and fruited.
