PAD12 sits inside one of the older industrial units at Merchants Court on Mowbray Street. The name came from a marking found on a brick during the build — fitting for a venue that wears its heritage lightly. A thoughtfully curated selection of wines, gins, rums, vodkas and whiskies, with a focus on locally distilled spirits. Bar snacks and a courtyard make it a great spot to linger.
